Each year, we offer a Peace Camp in Spanish, where we explore topics related to racial justice, migration, trauma and resilience, peacebuilding, and more. This Peace Camp will explore topics of peace and justice, through the experience and lens of migration in today’s context, and the Biblical mandate of hospitality. Participants will learn about the migration experience, identity and our perception of “strangers”, trauma healing, the complexity of ethics and the law, equity and the intercultural church, and more.
This Peace Camp will take place 100% in Spanish, so it is important that every participant have a minimum level of fluidity to understand and participate fully. Young adults ages 18-30 are welcome to participate.
The cost of participation is $250. Other than this registration fee, MCC will cover all expenses of travel, lodging, food and more. We encourage churches, schools, families and friends to support participants with the registration fee, where possible, for this transformative experience.

Cada año ofrecemos un Campamento de Paz en español donde se exploran temas de la justicia racial, la migración, el trauma, la construcción de paz y más. Este campamento abordará temas de la construcción de paz y la justicia, a través de la experiencia migratoria y el mandato bíblico de la hospitalidad. El grupo estudiará temas como la experiencia migratoria, la identidad y la percepción del “extraño”; la sanación del trauma; la complejidad de la ética y la ley; y la equidad y la iglesia intercultural.
Este campamento se realizará 100% en Español, por lo que es importante que cada participante tenga un nivel mínimo de fluidez para entender y participar plenamente.
El costo de participación es de $250. Aparte de este gasto de registración, el Comité Central Menonita (CCM) cubre todo gasto de viaje, hospedaje, comida y más. Animamos a las iglesias, universidades, familias y amig@s a apoyar con la cuota de la registración, cuando sea posible, para esta experiencia transformadora.
