Gender Equity & Reconciliation International (GERI) applies principles of Truth and Reconciliation to create practical new pathways for establishing gender equality. Developed over 30 years and conducted with thousands of participants across six continents, GERI was formally endorsed by Archbishop Desmond Tutu in 2013.
You are warmly invited to join this mini workshop as an introduction to the GERI process, and discover its promising application for establishing “beloved community” in religious communities of all faiths. Embark upon a new form of spiritual healing and reconciliation work between genders that builds trust and compassionate communication through a skillful combination of interactive activities, spiritual practice, & transformative group process.
Note: This session is intended for the faith community. While this talk will be viewed through the lens of the Christian faith, it will honour other faith traditions and is not an exclusively Christian event. If you wish to attend the event for the general public, click here.
