Sarah is the founder of Growing Hope Farms. Growing Hope Farm is a not for profit organization that provides job training/volunteer opportunities for at risk youth and donates 100% of the profits to Mennonite Central committee. Sarah holds a masters of theology and has worked as a chaplain in a youth detention centre and currently works at Christian Horizons. She is the epitome of determination and compassion in action. Her love and commitment to community show through in all she does. A woman who won't take no for an answer, when its about helping others she peruses the best for others in creative and interesting ways. She is married to Philip Mills and has three young boys.
