We're celebrating restorative justices, the MCC Thrift Shop Network, and open Manitoba sky during this year's Thrift Shop Re-Cycle!

Our executive director Ron Janzen will cover over 600 km by bike to be at events held by each of MCC’s 16 thrift shops in the province. Each thrift shop will hold a celebration, we'll be raffle off some great re-furbished bikes, and the shops each donating an average of one day’s sales to restorative justice work!

Re-Cycle 2014

Ron Janzen is cycling to 16 different MCC Thrift Shops to celebrate the shops and restorative justice work.

From August 21-28, each shop will host Ron for a celebration of MCC’s restorative justice programming in the province, with the shops each donating an average of one day’s sales to the cause. Together with matching donations, the initiative is estimated to raise over $50,000!

Bicycles are being "re-cycled" and recreated to be raffled off during the celebrations.

Watch for the raffle box at your local thrift shop soon!
