This full-time position (37.5 hours per week) is responsible for supporting general program administration, office logistics and reception related to the Indigenous Neighbours Program and the Timmins regional office. This is a one year contract position.

Administrative and program assistance will be provided  to the Program Coordinator and other staff on projects such as food, water, emergency response, and the Niska Social Enterprise. The position includes implementing logistical details for learning tours and other educational or engagement events and activities. Key functions include reception duties at the Timmins office as well as setting up team meetings and associated logistics.
