The MCCS Thrift Shop movement was launched over 40 years ago. Thrift Shops strive to be a welcoming and caring place within the community, showing value and respect to all individuals. Practicing and promoting faithful stewardship and care for God’s creation and raising funds for MCC are also important components of the mission statement of the Thrift Shops.
The Assistant Manager is accountable to the Shop Manager who will provide direction as required. The Assistant Manager is a member of the Leadership team, offering management and operational support alongside the Shop Manager.
This position is 0.8 FTE (32 hours /week), is salaried and includes benefits. Legal eligibility to be employed in Canada is required.
