The CoSA Coordinator recruits and supports volunteers in their relationship with the program participants. This program also requires the active participation of key community stakeholders (such as Correctional Service Canada, Calgary Police Service, Probation (Alberta Government), community representatives, and releasing institutions) and recruiting, supporting and managing of volunteers. This position will also be responsible for promoting the CoSA program and providing educational and advocacy-related opportunities for MCC supporters to engage in restorative justice initiatives. The CoSA Coordinator reports directly to the Program Director.
