The Connecting Peoples Coordinator (CPC) in Cambodia will serve with the local MCC office, seeking innovative and creative ways to continue to build understanding between peoples as well as foster personal, spiritual, and professional growth of young adult Global Service Learning (GSL) participants. The successful candidate will also facilitate connections between Canada and the U.S., and other parts of the global south through the planning and implementation of learning tours for MCC’s constituency.

This position will be based out of the local MCC office and supervised by the respective MCC Representative(s). They will also work closely with the GSL Program Coordinators based in Akron and Winnipeg, to ensure consistency in young adult programming and learning tours across MCC. 

This position may be filled with a married couple sharing the role, with a single person, or with a married candidate whose spouse is not interested in a CPC role, in which case MCC would discuss possible roles for the spouse. MCC will consider a variety of options to support the CPC in their roles and responsibilities, based on the qualified candidates who apply.
