The service worker in this position will have an exciting opportunity to contribute to food security in Rwanda by co-coordinating a Conservation Agriculture (CA) project.  Key tasks to be shared or divided between co-coordinators include overseeing CA training and experimentation in Farmer Field Schools (FFS), supervising the technical work of field staff (who directly run the FFS groups), managing data collection and analysis to understand project impact, networking with others doing similar work, and reporting to project funders.  The project is overseen by the Peace and Development Network (PDN), which is composed of five local partners of MCC, and is funded by MCC through the Canadian Foodgrains Bank (CFGB).
