This salaried full-time position supports the Executive Director of Mennonite Central Committee Ontario (MCCO) on tasks relating to church conferences, board communications, staff planning/reporting and inter-MCC issues.

The Executive Assistant provides administrative, research, logistical, and board support to the MCC Ontario Executive Director. The Executive Assistant plans for MCCO Board meetings, the Annual General Meeting, as well as various staff meetings.  This role will require approximately 15 late afternoon or evening hours related to board and committee meetings annually.
