Not all leadership roles are the same. Take advantage of this rare opportunity to make a difference, as Executive Director of Mennonite Central Committee Ontario.
At MCC Ontario we believe in facing BIG challenges head on. That’s why we work alongside partners, churches and communities to provide disaster relief, sustainable community development and justice and peacebuilding.
The Executive Director(ED) gives leadership to all of MCCO and is the team leader of the Senior Leadership Team of MCCO. This person connects with the other MCC entities, and works well in a decentralized model as part of a larger system. The ED is responsible for overseeing the finance, administration, programs and strategic plan of the organization. Other key duties include revenue development and constituency relations. There is a hybrid work option.
Don’t pass up this chance to lead a passionate and motivated staff in this work making real change here in Ontario and around the world.
All MCC workers are expected to exhibit a commitment to: a personal Christian faith and discipleship; active participation in a Christian church or Christian community; and nonviolent peacemaking.
The candidate assessment will begin on March 7, and continue until a suitable candidate is found.
