This salaried full-time position is responsible for all aspects of hardline  departments of Thrift On Kent (books, media, electronics, housewares, stationary, crafts, sporting goods and toys) 

The Hardline Coordinator is responsible for providing management support and training to volunteers relating to all departments which relate to household such as books, media, stationary, electronics, crafts, sporting goods and toys, both in the retail space and workroom. This includes both sorting and pricing of donations while working closely with other management team members as they relate to receiving, merchandising and sales. 

The Hardline Coordinator is responsible to the Production Manager.
