This 35 hour a week,12 week position will support the Human Resource department in the updating and archiving of volunteer and employee files.
Reporting to the Volunteer Services Manager, this position is part of a 5-person HR team that supports 135 staff and approximately 3000 volunteers across Ontario. Movement to computerized data management requires a detail oriented, self-directed individual to ensure the accuracy of active volunteer information and proper archiving of inactive files. This position will oversee the integration of paper based collection systems into the volunteer database Volgistics. As time permits this role may also assist with employee file management.
