The Planning, Monitoring, & Evaluation Coordinator will work side by side with Haitian partners to improve program design, planning, monitoring and evaluation. The work will include both working on specific projects (through data collection, data management, project design, proposal/grant writing, compiling reports, and relating with funders), as well as broader systems work to help partners improve their capacity and independence to develop new programming, secure grant funding, monitor and measure change, report accurately, and learn from each project iteration. Given the scope and scale of MCC Haiti’s work, there is opportunity to have some specialization within the role in the type of partner/project this role will focus on (for example focusing primarily on urban-based education and peace partners). However, the incumbent must be willing to work across project and geographic areas as required, including the possibility for extensive travel within Haiti.
