This casual part-time position is responsible for the general cleanliness of the 50 Kent facility working in the evenings.
Owned by MCC, the two-storey, 53,000 sq. ft 50 Kent will house MCC’s offices and warehouse and will also include Thrift-on-Kent--an MCC Thrift Shop retail outlet, the Kitchener branch of Mennonite Savings and Credit Union, and offices for Mennonite Church Eastern Canada, Mennonite Foundation of Canada, Mennonite World Conference, Menno Media, MennoHomes and MB Mission. In addition to staff numbering about 80 people, there will be volunteers on the premises daily. From time to time, tenants and their partners may hold special events at 50 Kent, sometimes on evenings and weekends.
The Relief Custodian will work with the Lead Custodian and or the Custodian to implement the cleaning plan for the building with the exception of Abundance offices and Kindred credit union.
The Custodian is accountable to the Lead Custodian.
