Do you have retail and merchandising experience? Are you social media savvy and have an eye to take online marketing to the next level? We’re looking for someone adaptable and creative to join the MCC Mission Thrift Shop team as Retail Coordinator.

As Retail Coordinator, you are responsible for retail supervision, merchandising, and store marketing, as well as assisting with donations sorting and specialty product selection. Specific to marketing, you will manage the shop’s Facebook and Instagram accounts creating content and maintaining the platforms. You may also assist with opening and closing duties of the shop in the absence of the Manager. You will work with volunteers, customers, and donors in a manner that reflects Christian respect and integrity, exemplifying the beliefs, values, and mission of Mennonite Central Committee in the workplace.

This is a full-time salaried position (40 hours/week) requiring full availability Tuesday to Saturday.
