The SALT/YAMENer will serve alongside El Faro Home to assist with the various daily needs of mothers and their young children. El Faro Home provides a safe space for adolescent mothers that have experienced sexual violence, providing empowerment and support to adolescents and their children in the areas of health, nutrition, psychological development, spiritual care, life skills, basic education, and technical training. It is also their home, providing all their daily needs and a safe place to develop and grow. Due to the sensitive nature of this position, it is only available to female candidates.
