This is a 8 week contract role, 35 hours weekly.
This position is an opportunity for a socially conscious and engaged individual to help shape the future of MCCO Social Enterprise, by developing economic opportunities for women, young adults, LGBTQ2+, BIPOC and new Canadians, shaping work processes and staffing models reflective of an inclusive and peace seeking culture.
Experience is areas of market research, financial data management or social enterprise is beneficial, however a passion to make a difference is also a key consideration.
The core focus of this role is to learn from current operation practice and industry practice, through research and analysis, and to make recommendations for potential new social enterprise experiences, in support of under represented populations and groups.
