This full time position is responsible for overall administrative responsibilities of Care & Share as well as providing management support and training for all volunteers. This includes supporting volunteer recruiting, training and orientation as well as mentoring and supervision.
This role also connects with community organizations, churches, schools, donors and shoppers in the further recruitment of volunteers, providing a meaningful community connection. This role oversees administrative aspects of the shop including bookkeeping.
The role of Volunteer & Business Coordinator is accountable to the General Manager.
