The Raw Carrot Soup Enterprise is a not-for-profit social enterprise that provides meaningful employment for individuals with disabilities and barriers to traditional employment. Kitchen volunteers assist in creating a positive workspace where people can thrive. Peeling, chopping and soup making are the vehicle to support on-the-job skill development and employment.
