UPROOTED
Uprooted is a 3-week learning tour to the borders of Mexico for young adults (ages 18-25). This learning tour is coordinated by MCC Alberta and MCC Saskatchewan and hosted by MCC Mexico and MCC West Coast. Uprooted is an opportunity for 8-10 young adults to participate in a meaningful adventure and explore themes of migration and peacebuilding.

Uprooted 2017 is tentatively scheduled for May 1–25, 2017. The application is coming soon.

 

RECEIVE UNIVERSITY CREDIT

Uprooted is available for course credit through Canadian Mennonite University! See the application form or contact us to find out more.

 

COST
$2,900 (Includes all costs: orientation in Canada, international airfare, accommodations, in-country transportation and food. Fundraising is encouraged).

Receiving credit for Uprooted requires extra costs:

            $100 Administration Fee (paid to CMU)

            $400 Accreditation and Instructor Fees (paid to MCC)

            Total = $3,400
