MCC Maritimes works with local churches and other partner agencies to provide programs that serve areas of local need, including :sustainable livelihoods, safe reintegration of people leaving prison, inviting our communities to participate in healing following crime, and creating space for reconciliation with our Indigenous neighbours. In all our programs we are committed to relationships with our local partners and churches — their needs guide our priorities.

We work to connect local churches and community partners with global need through local and international programs, education and advocacy. We also collect material resources to send to those impacted by disaster or crises

As a church we have become more informed and challenged in areas of reconciliation and injustice both locally and globally that we would have been blind to apart from our connection with MCC.”

We have many resources available as well as a lending library. We are happy to give workshops or speak in churches, schools, universities or with other groups about the above themes. For more information contact maritimes@mcccanada.ca
