MCC comforters, like those from the Great Winter Warm-up, are distributed to countries like Jordan, Ukraine and Syria to families in need of warmth and comfort.

Playing time:
Hosted by MCC staffer, Kyle Rudge

This February, MCC celebrated the Great Winter Warm-up: At Home to encourage comforter-making while staying safe and following COVID-19 restrictions. Join Kyle as he revisits the Great Winter Warm-up event in 2020 and shares stories of those whose lives were changed by the gift of a comforter.

Sophia Belzoplenko, material resources coordinator for Manitoba, shares where those comforters went, why comforter-making is so important and how to get involved in 2021.
