Stirring hope

A group of students at Trinity Western University (TWU) is bridging the gap between life in refugee camps and life on campus.

Last summer, Jordan Koslowsky, a second-year International Studies student, came face to face with the realities of the refugee crisis on a trip to Israel.

Walk the Labyrinth

Celebrate Easter by walking the Labyrinth with Patricia Wagler. Patricia has given leadership to Labyrinth workshops for many years and has introduced many to the richness of this centuries old spiritual practice of the Christian community.

Patricia will give a brief introduction to the Labyrinth at noon followed by an invitation to experience the labyrinth as you are able.

There is no need to register for this "open house" style opportunity. We hope this is a rich way for you to begin your Lenten journey.

The Committee giving and fundraising opportunities

Want to help raise funds for the work of MCC here in BC and around the world? Host an event with us! Whether it’s a coffee house or a simple lemonade stand, you can help transform the lives of people affected by hunger, poverty and injustice.

Plan your own event, or invite us to set-up shop with you as the co-host. Either way, we'll be happy to support you with resources, event promotion, and logistics.

The Committee service opportunities

Serving is one of the best ways you can get involved in The Committee. It's where you can put your values into action, and work alongside other Committee members. Service opportunities come in all shapes and sizes: local and global, short-term and long-term, task-oriented and people-oriented.
